ABOUT our company

Hansen Precision Products LLC was opened in 2019 while CEO, Travis Hansen, was still working full time as a Tooling Manager and Engineer for a leading plastic injection molding facility. Travis hired brother, Todd Hansen as HPP's full time CNC and machinist and HPP began building and repairing molds as well as building components. In 2022, Travis left his corporate job and went full time for HPP.

Today Hansen Precision Products specializes in High Quality, Tight Tolerance injection molds. We also focus on maturation changes, engineering changes and repairs, including total refurbishments on older tools. We take a lot of pride in our work, and it shows in every tool we build. We do offer an LCC option too for those customers that need to save cost.

Meet the Team

Family owned and operated with over 120 years combined experience in the industry.

Chief Executive Officer

travis hansen

Travis' 30 year career in the industry started out with his apprenticeship at 16 years old. After which, he worked as a mold maker for 10 years before moving into management for an injection molder. He worked in management for 17 years while gaining a profound level of experience, industry insight and built an invaluable network of connections during this time before branching out on his own to found HPP.

"While in management, I sourced companies to build molds for my employer, so I learned all the nuances and issues that can arise in the mold making process. I've seen and dealt with all the issues that arise with a first sample and that gives me the advantage in this industry - I know how to find the issues ahead of time to make sure they are fixed before they get to the sample."

Account Manager

jenny hansen

Jenny is Travis' wife and the amazing woman behind the curtain who handles all things related to the management of the office and company finances including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and booking keeping.

CNC Operations Manager

todd hansen

Todd is Travis' older brother and is highly qualified as a CNC machinist with 25 years of experience. He started out as a CNC operator and eventually moved into CNC programming. Todd has run every machine in the industry and has worked for three large scale tool shops during his career, including one of the largest mold builders in North America.
